It is true that a wise man/woman leaves an inheritance for his /her children but before you do that you should first of all know that its not enough to dump a property -which is equivalent to huge amounts of money without properly educating them about how to put things to work-or how to make money on their own. Dont make your wealth a yoke by giving it to the wrong hands simply because your they lack the courage,determination and perhaps talent to put the wealth transferred to work for them responsibly in the nearest future.
Teach them not to treat the property given to them as a piece of art to be hung on a wall and admired from time to time but as a means to which they can clearly use to achieve defined goal(s).
Also learn to help those in need, reward good work and discipline your kids so your kids can ''have a good landing'' when they reach the age of responsibility; in other words a good name is better than riches.
Dont burden your children with undeserved property that could paralyze them,preventing them from working hard and achieving their own measures of success.
